Removing of old render from a brick wall

PLACE: BRUNSWICK, VICTORIA

We were contacted from one of Melbourne’s major body corporate managements to prepare its basement walls for new render. The job was to remove all the old paint and render from its basement walls therefor the builder/renovator will have a row brick wall to re render and apply new paint on it.

After the initial visit we realised that we will face two big challenges. They were very high pressure and extraction

Since the irregularity of the job we requested a paid demonstration. Therefore both parties could get an exact picture of a final result. And we successfully demonstrated our ability to do the job and won it.

 We use our flagship high pressure cleaning machines with dedicated nozzles that reached up to 7000 psi and blasted away the render off the wall. In the mean time all the debris were extracted by our powerful extracting machines that we normally use for flood recoveries. We managed to complete the job within their budget and the time frame.
